Can this study guide be use for LPN and RN?
Yes. This is based on nursing content which is for licensed practical nurses and registered nurses.
When will I receive my order?We have a 24 to 48 hour processing time. We ship most of our packages via USPS. Once processed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping. This does not include Holidays and/or Weekends, we do not ship orders on these days. You should receive your order within 3-7 business days depending on the shipping area. Overnight shipping options may be available, additional fees may apply.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, the customer is responsible for shipping cost and/or custom fees. Orders can take up to 7-21 days for delivery.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation to the email that you provided. Confirmation will also be sent when your order has shipped, allowing you to track your order shipping status. If you have any questions email us at nursedecree@gmail.com.
If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder in your personal email. If you are still having trouble and unable to locate, contact us at nursedecree@gmail.com.Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please confirm your email address before submitting your order. Once your order ships we WILL NOT be able to make changes to the shipping address, it will be the responsibility of the customer to contact USPS to make any shipping address changes or special drop off instructions. You can visit their website and enter your tracking number or contact them.
I want to change my order?Yes, you can change only if the order hasn't shipped, contact us ASAP to change your order by emailing us at nursedecree@gmail.com. However, if your order has shipped, we will not be able change your order.
Can I get a Refund?ALL PRODUCTS are Non-Refundable, and ALL SALES are FINAL ONCE SHIPPED. EXCEPTION! on applies if the order has not shipped and we received notification to cancel in a timely manner. A restocking fee up to 20% will be applied.
Will I be able to Exchange or Return items?
For sanitary and safety purposes we WILL NOT be accepting ANY returns or exchanges.
What to do if my items are damaged?
Once orders are shipped Nurse Decree, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage orders. Please contact USPS for all shipping matters. Although we are not responsible once orders ship, please contact us ASAP if items arrived damaged. We require you to provide us with an image of proof of damaged items along with the order number. Once reviewed, we will contact you within 10 business days with any information once we have investigated the matter.
What if I have missing items from my order? if you notice missing items. You can use our contact page or email us: nursedecree@gmail.com. You will have 3 days from receiving your order to notify us of missing items from your order submitted. You will need to provide your order number, description of the item and copy of the packing slip. *If the customer waits after 3 days to notify us, Nurse Decree LLC is not responsible, and no further assistance will be provided.
